While I can't find any video - just pictures - of it, Japanese baseball team Hanshin Tigers has an annual tradition of a geisha or a maiko (apprentice geisha) from Miyagawacho to throw the first pitch in one of their games. How interesting is that?
New original character revealed in Funko Pops
In one of the new Funko Pops from Marvel Studios' What If? revealed a new original character named Kahhori, who is a Native American heroine. Honestly, I'm hoping that she'll make it to the comics one day and I can picture Amber Midthunder or Q'orianka Kilcher voicing her in the upcoming second season of the multiverse centric Marvel Cinematic Universe animated series.

Last week, James Gunn has confirmed that he read the Marv Wolfman run of Teen Titans when he was younger and honestly, I'm hopeful we'll see the Titans in a future DCEU film under his tenure.
