The two TV channels that were once owned by Warner Bros.

They were part of the studio's joint venture with American Express titled Warner-Amex before being bought by Viacom (now Paramount Global and soon to merge with Skydance) in 1984. If you're wondering I'm talking about Nickelodeon and MTV.

Nickelodeon would not be Warner's last foray at a TV channel aimed at kids as in 1996, Time Warner would merge with Turner Broadcasting, which owned Cartoon Network at the time.
