Cartoon Network cancels Cartoon Cartoons block

Cartoon Cartoons, best known for launching the first Cartoon Network programmes has been cancelled after 13 years. The block will be replaced by the new block dot.com (working title Cartoonstitute) in the beginning of 2010. The channel, which was founded in 1992, was said to cancel shows (for example Chowder & The Marvellous Misadventurs of Flapjack) to save money.

The two-time characters from Ben 10 & Ben 10: Alien Force will reappear on the Ben 10: Alien Force series finale in 2010. The characters will be: Xylene: The character who resembles a Twi'lek from the Star Wars media franchise.
