10. Deaths of Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson), Kit Fisto (Ben Cooke), Luminara Unduli (Mary Oyaya), Barriss Offee (Nalini Krishan), Ki-Adi-Mundi (Silas Carson), Aayla Secura (Amy Allen) and Plo Koon (Matt Sloan) in Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of Sith (Pictures seen: Mace and co beginning to duel with Palpatine, Mace electrocuted by Palpatine, Aayla shot by clone troopers and Ki-Adi-Mundi before he is shot by clone troopers)
  • Cause of death: Killed under Order 66, killed by clone troopers (several Jedi), killed in a duel by Emperor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid), now Darth Sidious (Kit) and impaled by a lightsaber used by Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), later Darth Vader (Mace), fellow Jedi Shaak Ti (Orli Shoshan) escapes and take refuge in Felucia, though in two deleted scenes she was killed by General Grievous (first version) and Darth Vader (second version) during the events of Order 66 and therefore does not hide in Felucia, but in the final version, she survives, thus not killed by Vader and goes to Felucia with 3000 young boys. However, she is killed by Vader's apprentice Galen Marek (Sam Witwer) in the videogame The Force Unleashed, which is part of the Expanded Universe, however it could be non-canon because most fans wasn't pleased with the character's death on the videogame. The front cover for Star Wars Insider also confirms that the character's posters in one of the sixteen posters does not have a deceased label at all, hinting she may return in either one of the franchise's productions: The future Clone Wars series taking place after Order 66, the yet-to-be-titled upcoming live-action TV series, the comedic animated series Detours or the upcoming sequel trilogy. Ben 10 minor characters confirmed for Ben 10: Alien Force series finale

The two-time characters from Ben 10 & Ben 10: Alien Force will reappear on the Ben 10: Alien Force series finale in 2010. The characters will be: Xylene: The character who resembles a Twi'lek from the Star Wars media franchise. She was originally voiced by voice actress and singer Grey DeLisle but will be voiced by Tara Strong. Camille Mann: The character who is Ben's second cousin Joel's newly-married alien wife.
