  • Sacrifice: Killed in a duel with Darth Vader (played by David Prowse, voiced by James Earl Jones)

  • Sacrifice: Dies in the Schimitar, which becomes destroyed.

  • Sacrifice: Lowered down in the lava pit and gives the thumbs up to John Connor (played by Edward Furlong) because his technology cannot be used to create Skynet.
1. Darth Vader's Sacrifice (Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, played by David Prowse and voiced by James Earl Jones, masked and played by Sebastian Shaw, unmasked)
  • Sacrifice: Electrocutes Emperor Palpatine (played by Ian McDiarmid), falling to his death in the new Death Star. Becomes mortally wounded, is unmasked by his son Luke Skywalker (played by Mark Hamill) and dies in his arms.
Honourable mentions: Vesper Lynd's Sacrifice (Casino Royale, played by Eva Green) and Zordon's Sacrifice (Power Rangers in Space, played by Bob Manahan)
  • Vesper's Sacrifice: Locks herself in an iron-frame lift, causing her to drown as the Venesian building sinks.
  • Zordon's Sacrifice: Andros (played by Christopher Khayman Lee) shatter his energy tube, allowing his good energy to wipe out the United Alliance of Evil, killing several villains in the process and purifying villaims such as Rita Repulsa (played by Carla Perez, voiced by Barbara Goodson), Lord Zedd (played by Ed Neil), Divatox (played by Hilary Shepard Turner) and Astronema (played by Melody Perkins).

The two-time characters from Ben 10 & Ben 10: Alien Force will reappear on the Ben 10: Alien Force series finale in 2010. The characters will be: Xylene: The character who resembles a Twi'lek from the Star Wars media franchise. She was originally voiced by voice actress and singer Grey DeLisle but will be voiced by Tara Strong. Camille Mann: The character who is Ben's second cousin Joel's newly-married alien wife.
