Prior to 1997, Odeon's wordmark logo was red and a different font. This one is from 1995 and is titled "Target".

A fusion of two Italian coffee desserts
Of course, it's tiramisu affogato. To break it down, tiramisu is made with coffee-soaked ladyfingers covered with a cream of egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone and cocoa powder, while affogato is made with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with espresso.
