Final console of the Game Boy line

Introduced in 2005, the Game Boy Micro was the second and final revision of the Game Boy Advance console. The console ceased production by Nintendo in late 2008, ending the line that began with the original Game Boy in 1989.

HMV's last release as a record label

To mark the retailer leaving their flagship store in 363 Oxford Street (that they would return in 2021) to a more larger store back in May 2000, they released a limited edition 78 of Robbie Williams' 1998 hit "Millennium" backed by a 1920 recording of Edward Elgar conducting "Nimrod", a movement from his Enigma Variations suite with EMI. Serving as a bookend since Elgar opened the store back in 1921.
