New Cartoon Network shows revealed

The new shows for Cartoon Network has been revealed. The new and confirmed shows are: Adventure Time with Finn and Jake: The show focuses on the strange adventures undertaken by Finn, a twelve year old boy characterized by his strange white hat, and his best friend Jake, a twenty-eight year old dog with magical powers. Sym-Bionic Titan: The show is about a teenaged girl who nearly dies in a car accident and is given a bionic left leg, a bionic right eye, a bionic left arm, a bionic right foot and a bionic left hand. Cartoonsitiute: The show holds an ambitious goal of producing 150 animated shorts in the timespan of 20 months. Sorcher, the creator, says the goal of the project is to create a swift track for Cartoon Network's original programming. While the project will set up 6 core artists to create animated pilots for the showcase, Sorcher hopes to enlist some 30 more artists as development progresses. Unlike the What A Cartoon! project, the showcase does not aim to bring new, fresh artists into the animating industry. However, Sorcher is not completely against the idea of bringing new, unknown talent into the project in the future. Ben 10: Evolutions: The all-new animated series follows 16-year-old Ben Tennyson as his secret identity has been revealed to the world and now he's an international mega-star super hero, loved by kids the world over but distrusted by many adults. Armed with a mysterious new Omnitrix, Ben will see action in places he's never been before. The first season of the series is set to contain 20 episodes. Generator Rex: The show is about a scientist who tries to clone his deceased dog Rex but it turns out to be a robotic dog. Scooby-Doo - Mystery, Inc.: The show is about a sleepy little village, Crystal Cove, boasts a long history of ghost sightings, poltergeists, demon possession, phantoms and other paranormal occurrences. The renowned sleuthing team of Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo arrive to prove all of this simply isn't real -- but they don't realize the locals don't welcome their help. Alison & Allie: The show is about a teenaged girl called Alison who turns into her 6-year-old self called Allie. Marvel Super Hero Squad: An animated series for Cartoon Network is planned to be released in 2009.[3][4] It's about the Marvel superheroes who lives in Super Hero City and fight against the Marvel supervillains. LeVar Burton has admitted his involvement in the animated series, providing the voice for "Rhodey" aka War Machine.[5] Charlie Adler, Steven Blum, Grey DeLisle, Tom Kenny, and Maurice LaMarche have been confirmed to do voice work in the TV series. Other celebrity guest star voices for the TV series include Taye Diggs, Wayne Knight, Michelle Trachtenberg, Greg Grunberg, Lena Headey, Adrian Pasdar, Tricia Helfer, Jennifer Morrison, Tamera Mowry, Robert Englund, and Stan Lee as the Mayor of Super Hero City.[6] Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5: The show is about 5 racecar drivers who drives against 5 other racecar drivers. Pink Panther and Pals: The show is about the 10-year-old Pink Panther who tries to find the namesake stone The Pink Panther. He goes undercover with his pals to find the stone. The Garfield Show: The show picks up, mainly, on Garfield's usual antics - laziness and gluttony. It focuses on his quirky misadventures, while always highlighting the fat cat's love for lasagne. Garfield lives with his owner, Jon Arbuckle, and his owner's dog, Odie, in a detached 3-story house. Stoked: The show is a character driven animated situational comedy about a group of groms who come together one summer on legendary Sunset Island, B.C. to experience the ultimate surfer's dream - the endless summer! Emma, Reef and Fin join locals Broseph, Lo, her brothers George and Ty, and Johnny Front Desk Guy to work at the world renowned Surfer's Paradise Resort, stoked to have the summer of their lives. What they find instead - the worst jobs ever, hideous uniforms, zero respect, a run-down staff house, and a tacky, fake, touristy resort. For twelve weeks, they'll spend their first summer away from home, work the hardest that they've ever worked in their lives and, most importantly, have the opportunity to SURF on their days off. With tons of laughs, a rocking surf music soundtrack featuring hot new bands and breathtaking designs, Stoked! invites the audience to join in on the ultimate summer experience. All the shows will air on Cartoon Network from 2009.
