Dr. Doofenshmirtz is voiced by co-creator Dan Povenmire. The character is a mad scientist and a villain in the subplot. He is of German and Russian descent.
Phineas is voiced by Vincent Martella of Everybody Hates Chris and Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide fame.
Phineas’ step-brother Ferb is voiced by Thomas Sangster of Nanny McPhee fame. He doesn’t talk much.
The show is set to reach its goal – air more than 65 episodes – in August 2010.
Phineas’ friend Isabella Garcia-Shapiro is voiced by Alyson Stoner of Cheaper by the Dozen and Camp Rock fame
Phineas’ mother Linda is voiced by Caroline Rhea of Sabrina the Teenage Witch fame.

Perry’s mentor Major Monogram is voiced by co-creator Jeff “Swampy” Marsh. He is based on former news reader Walter Cronkite.
Povenmire and Marsh have worked together since they met while working as animators in The Simpsons.
The show’s soundtrack is produced by singer Randy Jacob. A song always appear in one episode as a musical routine. All the songs have been in all the episodes so far.

Freddie’s mum is played by ex-MadTV cast member Mary Scheer. She is a soccer mum.
The character Gibby Gibson was originally going to be played by ex-Hope & Faith actor Paulie Litt, but Litt didn’t show up for filming and was replaced by then-unknown actor Noah Munck.
