Venues of the Brit Awards

Since 1977, the British equivalent to the Grammys has been held in ten venues, all in London, England.
Wembley Conference Centre - 1977, status: Demolished in 2006 to make way for a mixed use development called Quadrant Court.
Grosvenor House Hotel - 1982-1987, status: Active.
Royal Albert Hall - 1988-1989, status: Active.
Dominion Theatre - 1990-1991, status: Active.
Hammersmith Odeon - 1992, status: Active, now called Hammersmith Apollo.
Alexandra Palace - 1993-1995, status: Active.
Earls Court - 1996-1997 and 2006-2010, status: Demolished in 2015 to make way for a redevelopment of new housing buildings.
London Arena - 1998-1999, status: Demolished in 2006 to make way for the Baltimore Tower.
Earls Court Two - 2000-2005, status: Demolished in 2015 to make way for a redevelopment of new housing buildings.
The O2 Arena - 2011-present, status: Active.
